Pastillas chicken




1_Ingredients:
                                                              1_500 g  paper large Albestalh (Paper Algelash)
                                                              2_200 g butter plant
                                                              3_Yellow egg fat
2_Ingredients charge:
                                                       1_Chicken of the weight of 2 kg
                                                       2_5 medium onions, chopped
                                                       3_A quarter of a small cup of oil
                                                       4_Salt to taste
                                                       5_½ teaspoon black pepper
                                                       6_Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
                                                       7_Few saffron colored
                                                       8_Saffron original
                                                       9_A bunch of chopped parsley
                                                       10_6 or 8 eggs
                                                       11_500 grams of boiled almonds, blanched and fried in oil
                                                       12_200 grams of powdered sugar
                                                       13_Two tablespoons of orange blossom water
                                                       14_Adequate water for chicken broth (liters approx)
3_For garnish:
                                       1_3 tablespoons of honey
                                                          2_100 grams of fried almonds and crispy
                                                          3_Cinnamon
                                                          4_Icing Sugar

Wash the chicken and then put it in the cooker 
with chopped onion and parsley,
 oil and salt with spices add water and
 let the pot over medium heat for 45 minutes to the latest.




When the chicken is cooked remove it from the pot
