Caramel sauce



             Ingredients:

                                     1_ 200 g sugar glaze
                                     2_ Half a small cup of water
                                     3_ 100 ml fresh cream
                                     4_ Tbsp butter
                                     5_ The grip of a small salt
                                     

             How to prepare: 

                          1_Put the sugar and water in a casserole over medium heat until the sugar                                                        dissolves,casserole move lightly and without the use of a spoon .
                         2_Left on the fire of extra minutes until the mixture condenses, gold in color
                         3_Add the cream with soft grip salt, and stir over low heat until the bubbles 
                            and set aside to cool down and keep it in a vial in the refrigerator
